Additional information

Compact design, ideal for use in confined space, laboratory and pharmaceutical applications. Housing and parts made of SUS 304, Semi-automatic piston type filling machine. Vertical machine for filling bottles from 50ml to 5000ml with liquids. Easy to operate, pneumatic part uses Taiwan pneumatic components. Filling is controlled by solenoid valve, with high filling accuracy. Filling volume and flow rate can be adjusted as desired. Special three-way check valve system is used for filling accuracy. Part of the contacting materials is made of 304 stainless steel. Material contact parts can be customized SS316. Bottom seal can be made on the filling nozzle of the vessel to avoid leakage. The diameter of filling nozzle can be changed according to customer’s request.
