Additional information
The system adopts a weighing platform, which ensures high measurement accuracy and is independent of materials. The filling heads for filling use vacuum suction devices to prevent dripping, and the filled material has no bubbles. The filling machine is a fully automatic liquid filling machine, which is suitable for various oils such as lubricating oil and edible oil. There is also a high-strength stainless steel frame, which is easy to disassemble and clean. The control interface can directly set the filling volume, easy to adjust the filling volume and filling speed, all data are displayed on the touch screen. Adopt high-precision liquid pump, accurate and reliable quantitative weight analyzer. Adjust the speed by frequency conversion, first fast and then slow, for more efficient filling to ensure the speed and accuracy of filling. Automatic barrel rotation function to position the neck and filling head. Roller conveyor belts for feeding empty barrels and removing filled barrels.
