The powder layer is driven in a circular motion. As a result of the collisions and accelerations that occur in this case, agglomerates arise, which are rolled to obtain dense pellets of the correct spherical shape. The speed of rotation has a direct effect on the density and size of pellets. Then the wet pellets are dried in a fluidized bed. The advantage of the direct pelletizing method is to obtain round pellets with good fluidity, dosing, dispersibility, compact structure, high bulk weight, dense surface and high abrasion resistance.
