A<\/span>utomatic<\/span> cartoner<\/span> is<\/span> an<\/span> automatic<\/span> cartoner<\/span> of<\/span> flow<\/span> line<\/span> series<\/span> -<\/span> intermittent<\/span> motion<\/span> packaging<\/span> machine.<\/span> The<\/span> equipment<\/span> is<\/span> checked<\/span> by<\/span> photoelectric<\/span> switches<\/span> and<\/span> controlled<\/span> by<\/span> PLC<\/span> program<\/span> to<\/span> realize<\/span> each<\/span> function<\/span> to<\/span> ensure<\/span> product<\/span> quality.<\/span> Standard<\/span> configuration:<\/span> main<\/span> machine,<\/span> human-machine<\/span> interface,<\/span> PLC<\/span> and<\/span> stainless<\/span> steel<\/span> housing.<\/span> The<\/span> machine<\/span> is<\/span> mainly<\/span> composed<\/span> of<\/span> the<\/span> main<\/span> parts:<\/span> a<\/span> folding<\/span> machine<\/span> for<\/span> folding<\/span> insert<\/span> sheets<\/span> and<\/span> a<\/span> cartoner.<\/span> The<\/span> folding<\/span> machine<\/span> folds<\/span> the<\/span> paper<\/span> instructions<\/span> and<\/span> then<\/span> transports<\/span> to<\/span> the<\/span> blister<\/span> section,<\/span> after<\/span> which<\/span> they<\/span> are<\/span> put<\/span> into<\/span> a<\/span> box<\/span> together.<\/span> The<\/span> cartoner<\/span> can<\/span> automatically<\/span> receive<\/span> the<\/span> boxes,<\/span> position<\/span> the<\/span> blisters,<\/span> print<\/span> the<\/span> batch<\/span> number,<\/span> seal<\/span> and<\/span> transport<\/span> the<\/span> boxes<\/span> and<\/span> finally<\/span> produce<\/span> the<\/span> finished<\/span> product.<\/span> The<\/span> machine<\/span> is<\/span> controlled<\/span> by<\/span> a<\/span> PLC<\/span> control<\/span> system<\/span> with<\/span> a<\/span> human-machine<\/span> interface,<\/span> which<\/span> complies<\/span> with<\/span> the<\/span> GMP<\/span> standard.<\/span> The<\/span> maximum<\/span> production<\/span> speed<\/span> is<\/span> about<\/span> 120<\/span> boxes<\/span> per<\/span> minute.<\/span> The<\/span> machine<\/span> can<\/span> automatically,<\/span> orderly<\/span> distribute<\/span> blisters<\/span> directly<\/span> from<\/span> the<\/span> packaging<\/span> blister<\/span> machine<\/span> into<\/span> cartons.
