The<\/span> extrudate<\/span> is<\/span> obtained<\/span> as<\/span> a<\/span> result<\/span> of<\/span> punching<\/span> on<\/span> special<\/span> devices<\/span> \u2014<\/span> extruders.<\/span> After<\/span> extrusion<\/span> (punching),<\/span> either<\/span> cutting<\/span> or<\/span> spherization<\/span> of<\/span> microgranules<\/span> occurs,<\/span> followed<\/span> by<\/span> drying.<\/span> Screw<\/span> extruders<\/span> (5-15<\/span> atm.)<\/span> and<\/span> radial-pushing<\/span> extruders<\/span> are<\/span> used<\/span> to<\/span> carry<\/span> out<\/span> the<\/span> extrusion<\/span> process.<\/span> In<\/span> a<\/span> screw<\/span> extruder,<\/span> the<\/span> screw<\/span> rotates<\/span> in<\/span> the<\/span> drum<\/span> and<\/span> the<\/span> material<\/span> is<\/span> forced<\/span> through<\/span> holes<\/span> in<\/span> the<\/span> plate<\/span> at<\/span> the<\/span> end<\/span> of<\/span> the<\/span> drum.<\/span> In<\/span> the<\/span> radial-pushing<\/span> extruder,<\/span> the<\/span> extrudate<\/span> is<\/span> forced<\/span> radially<\/span> and<\/span> exits<\/span> through<\/span> the<\/span> holes.<\/span> The<\/span> advantages<\/span> of<\/span> the<\/span> presented<\/span> extruders<\/span> are<\/span> as<\/span> follows:<\/span> ensuring<\/span> good<\/span> mixing;<\/span> high<\/span> productivity<\/span> during<\/span> continuous<\/span> production;<\/span> the<\/span> possibility<\/span> of<\/span> using<\/span> the<\/span> released<\/span> heat;<\/span> easy<\/span> cleanability<\/span> and<\/span> replaceable<\/span> internal<\/span> parts.<\/span> The<\/span> disadvantage<\/span> is<\/span> the<\/span> formation<\/span> of<\/span> stagnant<\/span> zones.<\/span><\/span><\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
