[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/span>\n\nThere<\/span> are<\/span> three<\/span> main<\/span> methods<\/span> of<\/span> industrial<\/span> production<\/span> of<\/span> gelatin<\/span> capsules:<\/span> immersion<\/span> method,<\/span> rotary<\/span> matrix<\/span> and<\/span> drip.<\/span>\nIt<\/span> should<\/span> be<\/span> noted<\/span> that<\/span> for<\/span> the<\/span> production<\/span> of<\/span> solid<\/span> capsules,<\/span> the<\/span> dipping<\/span> method<\/span> has<\/span> found<\/span> wide<\/span> application<\/span> in<\/span> industry,<\/span> being<\/span> essentially<\/span> the<\/span> only<\/span> one.<\/span> However,<\/span> to<\/span> obtain<\/span> soft<\/span> gelatin<\/span> capsules<\/span> (with<\/span> drip<\/span> sealing),<\/span> the<\/span> method<\/span> is<\/span> currently<\/span> used<\/span> only<\/span> in<\/span> laboratory<\/span> conditions,<\/span> as<\/span> it<\/span> is<\/span> low-productivity<\/span> and<\/span> time-consuming.<\/span>\nThe<\/span> stamping<\/span> method,<\/span> or<\/span> rotary<\/span> matrix,<\/span> is<\/span> used<\/span> for<\/span> the<\/span> production<\/span> of<\/span> soft<\/span> gelatin<\/span> capsules<\/span> and<\/span> is<\/span> the<\/span> most<\/span> rational<\/span> for<\/span> their<\/span> production<\/span> in<\/span> industrial<\/span> production.<\/span> The<\/span> principle<\/span> of<\/span> the<\/span> method<\/span> is<\/span> to<\/span> first<\/span> obtain<\/span> a<\/span> gelatin<\/span> tape,<\/span> from<\/span> which<\/span> capsules<\/span> are<\/span> stamped<\/span> on<\/span> the<\/span> rolls<\/span> immediately<\/span> after<\/span> they<\/span> are<\/span> filled<\/span> and<\/span> sealed.<\/span>\n\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/span><\/span><\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
