2) COMPLETE MANUFACTURE OF TABLETS.

The press is compact and easy to set up. The tabletpress 6000S is a single-punch eccentric type press. The operation scheme of the press consists in transmitting, by means of a belt drive, rotation from an electric motor to a pulley on the axis of which there is a small gear, and this gear transmits rotation to a large gear, in the center of which there is a shaft with an eccentric fixed to it. The press is intended for pressing tablets in 1 piece. Productivity - 6000 tablets per hour. The tabletpress 6000S comes with a set of molds: dies of various diameters (from 6 to 11 mm) and punches. Some punches have a long body and short shank, while the other, on the contrary, a short body and a long shank. The punch with a long body is the top and is installed in the upper part of the press. A punch with a short body and a long working part is the bottom and its task is to push the tablet out of the matrix. It is installed at the bottom of the press. The press operates in two modes - manual and automatic. Before connecting the press to the network and starting work, you must carefully study the video instruction and familiarize yourself with the principles of its operation. after that, its operation will become understandable and simple for you. The press has an electric motor, as well as a debug wheel with a handle. All adjustment work and settings are made in manual mode by rotating the wheel. On one of the protective casings, under which the gear is hidden, there is a sticker indicating the direction of rotation of this gear. The debug wheel of the press rotates in the same direction (clockwise, if located in the front of the wheel). The motor pulley in this case rotates in the opposite direction. Be careful when connecting the electric motor, the direction should correspond to the arrow. The powder is loaded into the press through a removable funnel-shaped hopper. It can be easily removed, washed and installed back. Powder is fed from the hopper through the movable foot. When the press rotates, the presser foot moves and feeds the powder into the matrix, where it is pressed and, then, the finished tablet is pushed to the surface. When using the press in manual mode, it is recommended to remove the pulley belts of the electric motor, which will significantly reduce the resistance and save your efforts. When connecting to the mains, wear belts again. There is a control unit on the press body (ON and OFF buttons). In normal mode, the press operates from a 220V network, but you can also connect to a 380V network, in this case you should connect the power wires directly to the press, bypassing the control unit.
