1) TRAINING TECHNOLOGY FOR FILLING SOLID CAPSULES.
To all our customers who purchased the equipment, we provide literature on the basics of encapsulation of powders. We carry out consultations by phone and by correspondence, we help to solve the arising difficulties in the production of our equipment. We supply spare parts and consumables. We provide assistance in the implementation of used capsule filling equipment.
2) COMPLETE PRODUCTION OF CAPSULES WITH POWDER.
We have a wide range of accessories for the production of gelatin capsules. At the client’s request, we will select a capsule model, granulators, powder mixers, dust removal equipment and capsule polishers, capsule logo printers, filling and packaging equipment for hard gelatin capsules.

Timely polishing of capsules during production is implemented to improve the quality and efficiency of capsule machines. Equipment can be aboutequipped with safety device. Motor speed is controlled by the inverter. The polisher can continue to work for a long time and can withstand loads. It can automatically sort capsules with low weight, empty body, scrap metal and loose part to meet GMP standard. Inside the medicine polishing chamber, high quality stainless steel is used. Quick fittings are also adapted for easier equipment removal and more thorough cleaning. For the axial axis, a quick-disconnect brush and bearing are used. The brush and bearing can be easily removed. The brush hair will not fall out. Different sizes of brushes can be changed to meet the needs of different customers. Hard gelatin capsules with powder are loaded into the receiving window, the rotation speed of the plastic brushes and the cylinder is controlled by the operator, the capsules begin to move towards the exit, the compressed air actively blows off the dust, and the vacuum cleaner draws air and dust through the perforation. Soft bristles of the brush polish and remove dust particles from the surface of the capsules. We recommend using vacuum cleaners, buying them yourself.
