Tips for our customers
The model has a movable automatic shell spraying system through the nozzle nozzle into the boiler. The nozzle is placed on the bracket, which is fixed to the casing of the panning boiler. Case - completely closed with stainless steel sheets. Access to the rotor and electric motor is via a removable back cover. From the engine pulley, through a belt drive, the force is transmitted to the gearbox. A stainless steel boiler is connected to the gearbox shaft. The boiler is heated from below by a heating element. A hot air pipe is inserted into the boiler. The heated surface of the boiler allows you to maintain the temperature of sugar syrup and evenly distribute the shell over the entire surface of the tablets. The introduction into the tablets of the substance forming the shell is carried out through a built-in spray system. The control unit with the Start and Stop buttons is fixed on the boiler body. The undoubted advantage of the panning boiler is the small dimensions of the desktop device. Using a stainless steel boiler allows you not to worry about oxidizing the work surface. The design of the boiler is made of stainless steel, which allows the use of detergents in the daily operation of the equipment. The design is very stable.v
