Tips for our customers
Automatic equipment for filling powder and granules of hard gelatin capsules. Empty capsules are poured into the hopper, then the machine orientates the capsules in one position and fills the mold cells. Capsules are oriented with the lower parts down. In automatic mode, the capsules open and their lower parts are filled with powder. The weight of the powder in all capsules is the same. After filling the capsules with powder, the upper and lower parts of the capsule join. Next, the finished capsules are poured into the tray. It is possible to download the video and view the entire cycle of the automatic capsule filling machine. The operator loads the halves of the capsules into the bins and powder, the machine runs automatically. We recommend using gelatin capsules in conjunction with a polisher to remove powder particles from the surface of the capsules.

Compact and fully automatic machine. We work with capsules of three sizes 00.1 and 2. It is not satisfactory. The installer needs to read the instructions before putting this equipment into operation. There are nuances of customization.
