Tips for our customers
The system feeds empty plastic or glass bottles individually onto a conveyor belt that moves the bottles to the filling unit. The machine fills four vials at a time. Optical sensors monitor the presence of vials. If there is no bottle, there is no bottling. From cumulative vibrational hoppers, the caps are fed to the closure units, where the bottles are sealed with caps, and the caps are screwed in mechanically using rotating heads. Ready-made bottles are removed with an additional conveyor belt. MThe machine is a filling device on a conveyor line for oral solution, which is used to fill and seal plastic bottles with a volume of 10-250 ml. The filling and sealing operation is combined in this machine with its advanced design and compact structure. Great importance is attached to the stability of the vials.
