Equipment for assembly, cutting and packaging of adhesive tape (Leucoplastrum), or sticky elastic patch, plastered (Emplastrum adhaesivum elasticum externum). The process of assembly, cutting and packaging of small and medium size adhesive plaster is carried out on a EURO machine in the Italian company EURVSICMA. Depending on the material and size of the patch, the average performance of the machine is 2000 plasters per minute. Consider the work of the machine on the example of the production of adhesive plasters "Uniplast bactericidal" and "Bactericidal Veropharm", which, although they differ in the formulations of adhesive compositions and used antiseptics, have the same production technology.
Adhesive plasters "Uniplast fixing", "Bactericidal Veropharm" and "Uniplast bactericidal" Modern industrial production of plasters is characterized by a wide range of products. Therefore, it is not possible to consider in detail in one section the production of all types of adhesives. In order to understand the specifics of the technological production of adhesives, as well as get acquainted with the main types of equipment used, as an example, consider the production of adhesive plasters "Uniplast fixative", "Bactericidal Veropharm" and "Uniplast bactericidal", organized at the Voronezh Chemical-Pharmaceutical Plant, which is part of composition of OJSC “VEROPHARM”. Adhesive adhesive “Uniplast fixative” is made in accordance with international quality standards. It is hypoallergenic, has high breathability, is easily and painlessly removed, easily tears without the use of scissors and provides reliable fixation.
Pepper plaster (Emplastrum Capsici) is a homogeneous sticky mass of yellow-brown color with a peculiar smell, applied to the fabric and coated with a protective layer of cellophane. A wide range of plasters of various sizes is currently available: 12x18 cm, 10x18 cm, 8x18 cm, 10x15 cm, 4x10 cm, 6x10 cm, etc. Pepper patch has the following composition: 8% thick extract of capsicum, 0.6% thick belladonna extract , 0.6% tincture of arnica, 22% natural rubber, 21% pine rosin, 18% anhydrous lanolin, 24% vaseline oil and other components.
Adhesive plaster (Leucoplastrum), or sticky elastic patch, plastered (Emplastrum adhaesivum elasticum externum). It is used to hold dressings, bring the edges of the wounds closer1, stretch the limb during a fracture, etc. It consists of the following components: 25.7 parts of natural rubber, 20.35 parts of rosin, 32 parts of zinc oxide, 9.9 parts of anhydrous lanolin, 11.3 parts of liquid paraffin and 0.75 parts of neozone D. The adhesive tape production process involves several stages: dissolving natural rubber and rosin in gasoline, preparing an alloy of lanolin with liquid paraffin, mixing it with finely ground zinc oxide and preparing anti-aging paste eating rubber. The finished mass of the adhesive plaster is applied to the fabric using a special adhesive machine, where the plaster mass is applied to a moving chiffon tape.
According to the composition of the adhesive masses, the adhesives are divided into ordinary and rubber. Ordinary plasters (Emplastra Ordinarid) are divided into lead, lead-resin, lead-wax and tar-wax, depending on the substances prevailing in the adhesive. These patches contain lead soap as an obligatory component, which has the following positive properties: it does not have a marbling, easily fuses with resins, waxes and various medicinal substances, and is also stable during storage. The negative property of lead soaps is their non-indifference. Simple Lead Patch (Emplastrum Plumbi simplex). The group of lead patches includes a simple lead patch, which is chemically a mixture of lead salts of higher fatty acids (stearic, palmitic and oleic), and also contains traces of unsaponifiable fats and not more than 3% water. The patch consists of 10 parts of sunflower oil, 10 parts of refined pork fat, 10 parts of oxide ...
