1) TRAINING OF MIXING TECHNOLOGY.
To all our customers who have purchased equipment, we provide literature on the basics of powder mixing. We carry out consultations by phone and by correspondence, we help to solve the arising difficulties in the production of our equipment. We supply spare parts and consumables. We provide assistance in the sale of used mixing equipment.
2) COMPLETE PRODUCTION OF POWDERS.
We have a wide range of accessories for mixing powder. Upon customer's request, we will select a mixer model, powder mixer, granulators, vibrating screens, filling and packaging equipment for powders.
3) SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS

Tips for our customers
The mixer is made of stainless steel. The V-shaped high-performance mixer has no blind spots in the cylinders with high speed and with minimal mixing time. The case, the inner and outer walls of polished stainless steel, have an elegant appearance. Powder loading and unloading can be done either manually or using a vacuum conveyor. We compress the powder into tablets of various sizes and shapes. We use a V-shaped mixer daily. Mixing time depends on the fraction of the starting powders and the proportions of the various components of the mixture.

This type of mixer does not work well if the feedstock rolls into lumps. For raw materials that are magnetized or with excess moisture, only paddle contact mixing is required. This mixer is good for loose and uniform powders.
