The function of the granulator is to wipe the moistened powder through the holes. Check if the granulator is right for you. Prepare 1 kg of powder, moisten (after studying the theory and materials for moisturizing) to such an extent that the powder leaves an imprint in the hand when it is compressed. Strong moisture will not form granules, weak too. With strong moisture, a longer drying time of the granules will be required. After mixing the powder evenly and moisturizing it, you get a mass ready for granulation. It is necessary to make a frame of 400 x 400 mm from wooden boards and nail a metal mesh onto it.
