Tips for our customers
The rotating table feeds empty plastic bottles and vials by the piece onto a conveyor belt that moves the vials to the filling unit. From the storage hopper, the bottles are fed to a rotating table, where the bottles fall into the cells, and move to the exit, where they are led away by an additional conveyor belt in the filling or packaging line. Orientation of the bottles with their throat upwards is performed by blowing compressed air through a nozzle. If the bottle is turned upside down, then passing under the nozzle a stream of compressed air throws the bottle out of the cell. Bottles and bottles are poured in bulk into the storage bin. A plastic disk with cells is placed inside, a disk is ordered for each diameter and height of the bottle.
