Tips for our customers
Semi-automatic blister machine for tabletop installation. Before use, the client can order from us an aluminum matrix according to his design, and receive blanks of empty blisters. Manually, it is necessary to place the blister blanks in an aluminum mold, fill all the cells with tablets or capsules using a mechanical device that distributes the tablets or capsules into the cells and cover with aluminum foil on top. Move the aluminum mold inward, turn on the temperature controller and set the desired heating temperature, then manually press the foil onto the PVC with a lever. After a pause, it is necessary to remove the aluminum form and get the finished blister.
