The tablet press is suitable for small companies, beginning manufacturers, scientific and educational institutions that use a press for pressing small-scale or experimental batches of tablets, as well as a means of debugging technologies in the production process, and selecting the necessary components for pressing tablets. The press is compact and easy to set up. Tabletpress UNIC 600 is a one-punch press of eccentric type. The working scheme of the press is to transfer, by means of a reducer, the rotation from the electric motor to the pulley, on the axis of which is the eccentric. Press is designed for pressing tablets of 1 piece each. Performance – 3600 tablets per hour. Tabletpress UNIC 600 comes with a set of molds: matrices of various diameters (from 6 to 15 mm) and punches. Part of punches has a long body and short shank, the other – on the contrary, a short body and a long shank. The punch with a long body is the top and is installed in the upper part of the press. A punch with a short body and a long working part is the lower one and its task is to push the tablet out of the matrix. It is installed in the bottom of the press. The press works only in automatic mode. Before switching on the press and starting the work, it is necessary to carefully study the video instruction and familiarize yourself with the principles of its operation. After that, its operation will become clear and simple for you. The press has an electric motor, as well as a debug wheel with a handle. All adjusting works and adjustments are made in manual mode by rotating the wheel. Be careful when connecting the motor, the direction must match the arrow indicated. The powder is fed into the press through a removable funnel-shaped hopper. It can be easily removed, rinsed and installed back. The powder is fed from the hopper through the movable presser foot. When the press is turned, the presser foot moves and feeds the powder to the inside of the die, where the pressing takes place and, then, ejects the finished tablet onto the surface. On the body of the press there is a control unit (ON and OFF buttons).
