Automatic tablet machine for pressing powders and tablet mixtures in serial batches of tablets. Rotary tablet press is easy to set up. Model RZ-17 is a rotary press of the carousel type. The principle of the press is to transfer, by means of a reducer, the rotation from the electric motor to the pulley, on the axis of which the rotor is located. Rotary tablet press is designed for pressing tablets from a prepared tablet mass. The capacity is adjustable up to 30,600 tablets per hour, the larger the diameter of the tablets, the lower the pressing speed. We are equipped with molds: matrices of various diameters (from 6 to 20 mm) and punches. Punches with a long body are upper and set to the upper part of the press. Punches with a short body and a long working part are lower and their task is to push the tablet out of the matrix. They are installed at the bottom of the press. The press operates in automatic mode. Before switching on the press and starting the work, it is necessary to carefully study the video instruction and familiarize yourself with the principles of its operation. After that, its operation will become clear and simple for you. The press has an electric motor, as well as a debug wheel with a handle. All adjusting works and adjustments are made in manual mode by rotating the wheel. Be careful when connecting the motor, the direction must match the arrow indicated. The powder is fed into the press through a funnel-shaped hopper. It can be easily removed, rinsed and installed back. The feed of the powder from the hopper is through the feeder. It is possible to supply an active feeder with forced powder feeding into the matrix. When the rotor of the press rotates, the powder is fed to the inside of the die, where the pressing takes place and, then, the finished tablet is pushed out to the surface. On the body of the press there is a control unit. We make to order any sets of press tools (punch and matrix for rotary tablet presses).
