The vacuum system uses a vortex air pump that extracts air. The inlet of the nipple for material absorption and the whole system is made to be in a vacuum state. Bulk materials are absorbed into the branch pipe with ambient air and form a common flow. Passing the absorption tube, the materials enter the hopper, where air and material are separated. Divided materials are sent to the device receiving the materials. In the vacuum feeder unit, a device for opposing blowing with compressed air is installed. Every time the materials are unloaded, the compressed air blows the filter from the opposite side. The powder attached to the filter surface is deflated to ensure a normal absorption of the material. The manufacturer provides non-standard connectors for the vacuum conveyor and equipment, the results in the complete transmission of the attached circuit and no leakage, ensures the quality and cleanliness of the working area. Transportable materials: coffee, dextrose, rice, acetylsalicylic acid sodium hydroxide, powdered milk powder, sugar, crushed alumina, detergents, bird feather, tea, aluminum powder, dry paint, fish meal, nuts, wheat flour, boric acid, powder nickel, gelatin powder, pea plastic granules, beer malt, yeast, coffee beans, gunpowder, potato flour, fertilizers, cocoa powder, dry glue, all kinds of powder materials. Vacuum filler is a vacuum filling device, using as a vacuum source a pneumatic vacuum pump. With the help of vacuum, the fillers can be fed directly from the container to the mixer, reactor, hopper, flat press, investment device, vibrating sieve, drageeing boiler and disintegrator. The use of this device can ease the intensity of work loads, put an end to contamination with powder and ensure compliance with GMP requirements. Compressed air enters the vacuum pump and the discharge hopper. Vacuum filler forms an air flow under vacuum. Controlled by this air flow material is fed into the vacuum hopper through the hose . After a while (the time needed for the process described above) the compressed air is separated, the pneumatic vacuum pump can not generate (generate) a vacuum and a discharge hopper and, controlled by the pneumatic cylinder, opens. Vacuum in the vacuum filler disappears, and the material is automatically fed to the press and the investment device. At the same time, compressed air, trapped in an air bag, blows the filter in the opposite direction, which leads to automatic cleaning of the filter. After a while, the whole process begins and passes a new cycle. Vacuum filler is equipped with automatic control of the level of the feed material.

We have a large range of additional equipment for working with powder and loose products. At the request of the client, we will select a model for installation in a line or for a separate machine for picking up powders from containers, or feeding powders into bunkers of devices.

We cooperate with manufacturers of vacuum conveyors and we are engaged in deliveries of spare parts for the equipment bought in our company.
