[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/span>\r\n\r\nTo<\/span> study<\/span> the<\/span> formation<\/span> of<\/span> pellets<\/span> (microspheres),<\/span> it<\/span> is<\/span> necessary<\/span> to<\/span> understand<\/span> the<\/span> mechanisms<\/span> of<\/span> formation<\/span> and<\/span> growth<\/span> of<\/span> granules.<\/span> Some<\/span> theories<\/span> were<\/span> derived<\/span> from<\/span> experimental<\/span> data,<\/span> others<\/span> were<\/span> derived<\/span> from<\/span> visual<\/span> observations.<\/span> Conventional<\/span> granulation<\/span> as<\/span> the<\/span> most<\/span> fully<\/span> studied<\/span> and<\/span> classified<\/span> process<\/span> of<\/span> formation<\/span> of<\/span> microspheres,<\/span> carried<\/span> out<\/span> using<\/span> different<\/span> equipment,<\/span> was<\/span> divided<\/span> into<\/span> three<\/span> successive<\/span> stages:<\/span> the<\/span> stage<\/span> of<\/span> core<\/span> formation,<\/span> the<\/span> transitional<\/span> stage<\/span> and<\/span> the<\/span> stage<\/span> of<\/span> sphere<\/span> growth.<\/span> However,<\/span> based<\/span> on<\/span> experiments<\/span> to<\/span> study<\/span> the<\/span> mechanism<\/span> of<\/span> formation<\/span> and<\/span> growth<\/span> of<\/span> microspheres,<\/span> the<\/span> following<\/span> mechanisms<\/span> of<\/span> microspheres<\/span> growth<\/span> have<\/span> been<\/span> proposed:<\/span> core<\/span> formation,<\/span> joining,<\/span> layering<\/span> and<\/span> transfer<\/span> of<\/span> material<\/span> by<\/span> friction.<\/span>\r\n\r\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/span><\/span><\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
