[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/span>\r\n\r\nThe<\/span> whole<\/span> pressing<\/span> process<\/span> is<\/span> proposed<\/span> to<\/span> be<\/span> divided<\/span> into<\/span> three<\/span> stages:<\/span> compaction<\/span> (pre-pressing);<\/span> formation<\/span> of<\/span> a<\/span> compact<\/span> body;<\/span> volumetric<\/span> compression<\/span> of<\/span> the<\/span> resulting<\/span> compact<\/span> body.<\/span> At<\/span> the<\/span> first<\/span> stage<\/span> of<\/span> pressing,<\/span> under<\/span> the<\/span> influence<\/span> of<\/span> an<\/span> external<\/span> force,<\/span> the<\/span> material<\/span> particles<\/span> converge<\/span> and<\/span> seal<\/span> due<\/span> to<\/span> their<\/span> displacement<\/span> relative<\/span> to<\/span> each<\/span> other<\/span> and<\/span> filling<\/span> voids.<\/span> The<\/span> forces<\/span> overcome<\/span> in<\/span> this<\/span> case<\/span> are<\/span> insignificant,<\/span> the<\/span> seal<\/span> becomes<\/span> noticeable<\/span> even<\/span> at<\/span> low<\/span> pressures.<\/span> The<\/span> applied<\/span> energy<\/span> is<\/span> mainly<\/span> spent<\/span> on<\/span> overcoming<\/span> internal<\/span> (between<\/span> particles)<\/span> and<\/span> external<\/span> (between<\/span> particles<\/span> and<\/span> matrix<\/span> machines)<\/span> friction.<\/span>\r\n\r\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/span><\/span><\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
