Currently, automatic machines are widely used in the industry for pouring suppositories, which produce suppositories in contour cell packages. This package is intended for packaging the suppository mass into contour cells with subsequent sealing, coding and cutting into strips of the required length. At medium-capacity enterprises, machines for the production of suppositories use pre-molded tape, since the molding unit is quite expensive, difficult to set up and has high operating costs. Therefore, the use of such a node in machines with low performance is low-profitable. The use of pre-molded tape allows you to reduce the area occupied by the machine and simplify the production process, since there is no need to supply compressed air, water and ventilation, as well as to remove odors formed during molding. For pharmaceutical industries of medium capacity, we produce machines with a capacity of 3,000 to 12,000 cells per hour. Consider an installation with a capacity of 6000 cells per hour, consisting of three modules: an automatic machine for filling suppository containers, an installation for cooling suppositories and an automatic machine for sealing, slicing and coding suppository containers.\r\nThe automatic machine is designed for filling suppository containers (cells) with suppository mass. The machine uses a preformed contour\" tigg cell packaging in bobbins. Suppository containers in the form of a tape are automatically fed from the loading disk of the machine \"under the dosing needle. The dosage range is from 0 to 3.5 ml. The packaged product comes from a 25 l hopper, which has a highly efficient mixing device and double walls for heating the suppository mass. The product in the hopper is in a molten state and has a constant temperature. The tape with filled cells is automatically fed to another disk, which, after being fully filled, goes to cooling. Meanwhile, a new bobbin with a molded contour cell packaging is placed in the installation, and the filling operation can be started again. After filling the suppository containers, the product is in a liquid (or close to liquid) state, which makes the process of high-quality sealing of containers extremely difficult.\r\nThe process of natural cooling of the product takes a long time and depends on the ambient temperature.<\/pre>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
