Selon les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s des substances m\u00e9dicinales, les syst\u00e8mes dispers\u00e9s de suppositoires peuvent \u00eatre homog\u00e8nes ou h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8nes. Les syst\u00e8mes homog\u00e8nes se forment lorsque la substance m\u00e9dicinale est dissoute dans la base. Les syst\u00e8mes h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8nes se forment dans le cas de l'introduction du m\u00e9dicament dans la base par le type d'\u00e9mulsion ou de suspension. Dans la structure des suppositoires, il existe des composants de base (substances m\u00e9dicinales) et auxiliaires (supports ou base).
